Data Science Book Resources
Books I can recommend since I've read them:
- Head First Statistics by Dawn Griffiths
- great for learning basic statistics. You need this if you want a fighting chance at understanding the math behind machine learning models and basic analysis concepts
- An introduction to statistical learning with applications in python by Gareth James and others
- currently working through this one. Great at explaining regressions up to some neural networks. Considered the most basic and essential book for data science by reddit
- Build a Career in Data Science by Emily Robinson and Jacqueline Nolis (Review)
- covers a lot of fantastic information about getting into Data Science as a career
